Choose a player with an organizer?

Hello dear habr and its inhabitants!
There was a little (within $100) free money and in general I would like to buy an ipod touch mp3 player (or a small tablet) with a calendar organizer. What I want in the first and second place:
1. First of all (this should be mandatory):
- So that the headphones sway normally , not the tablets (for some reason, the tablets make me very tired and my ears hurt, I tried different ones) and, accordingly, it was more - less normal sound quality.
- Convenient organizer. So that I could add a note at any time with a minimum number of actions and everything was before my eyes.
- Based on the point above - touch screen. It may not be of very good quality, but it works.
2. Secondly (one or two together, not necessarily but desirable):
- SD Card Slot
- Wi-Fi
- Something like OperaMini
- E-book Reader
These are some of my Wishlist. I looked at DealExtreme, but somehow I got a little lost from what you can take in this price category.
Of course, I understand that for all these Wishlists, the ideal choice is the iPod touch, but I don’t have the money for it at the moment, so I would like to get by with the available funds, here.
Thanks in advance to anyone with any advice.
PS As for audiophilia, of course I love good sound, of course, but you have to understand that I won’t buy premium headphones for myself, so the player only needs adequate output power in this part, so that ordinary ears sway in the region of $ 10-15, and the quality sound at the level of the realtek sound card built into a budget laptop (which is cut down to the most not indulge, I mean it) will suit me perfectly.
PPS What should sound good? Type in the search (on Vkontakte, YouTube or somewhere else) Colony 5 - Plastic World, so I want the bass to sound adequately on the player, for example, this song takes 42-56 seconds, and the leads do not hurt the ears.

I am quite satisfied with the asus mypal a696 PDA bought at one time, just for 100 u - ~ 800 UAH.
Perhaps you should look towards a PDA without a telephony module, nobody really needs them now. I'm also going to sell mine and take an android.
