How to fix audio interruption on a smartphone?

The sound on the smartphone began to be interrupted. I played music and video from a memory card, streamed audio from a computer - everything is interrupted and jammed with one frequency or another. When streaming, the audio often jumps forward and then jumps back for a fraction of a second, but this is more of a connection problem.
The only exception is listening through a mobile browser (Chrome). Everything is fine here.
Is it worth resetting the system? Or is it more of a hardware thing? I listen through the speaker of the smartphone, if that.
