How to receive an SMS message when the SIM card is not working?

Good afternoon. At one point, I stopped receiving messages on one of the SIM cards in my phone. And these SMS are needed for various kinds of confirmations. Well, I tried rebooting, changing phones, and other standard rituals. The only option is to change the SIM card. But in emergency mode, this is a bit problematic.

Are there any programs that allow you to receive SMS on your computer? I tried already three programs, but none of them displays messages that are not visible on the phone itself.

As an option, buy a virtual number for a couple of rubles. Very cheap and fast.
