Need a simple framework to develop a two-page site for android and iphone

On the first page there will be only login fields, on the second - two sliders, two buttons and two pictures that change transparency (to control the light in the room).
I want it to be one site and on each device (Android, iPhone) it looks in its native style.

If you don't need a framework for this, then where can you read about creating such sites (would you like to find a template)?

it's fabulous! what exactly do you want in this case from the framework?
* the first page - depends on the choice of the backend, but ultimately without frameworks it's 5-6 lines of code!
* second page - picture changing transparency? this is done in css, which frameworks? access to iron that changes the brightness of light? again, it depends on it, but for any 5 more lines of code.

Take a look at the Jo framework , it supports themes to help you solve the problem. Out of the box, there is a theme for the standard iPhone interface.
