How to reconnect iphone and itunes on pc?

The problem occurs on a home computer. With every connection, the iphone asks to trust or not? It does not matter what to press, itunes does not see the phone. Other gadgets connect normally.
There is no problem on a working laptop, the connection is established instantly.
