NAS accessible via web interface, not accessible via explorer

Dear, help, the second day we fight.

There is an organization, large-serious. One important user has a Thecus N5500 NAS.

Everything worked OK, and then it broke down according to the “itself” principle :-) The storage is available via the web interface, but you can’t access it through the usual Windows Explorer.

IP is permanent. We rebooted, reflashed, checked the time settings - we tried everything. To no avail. I appeal to the collective mind - where else can you look for a problem?

As a result, they cut it via FTP. Thanks to all :-)

On clients great and terrible windows 7? domain set up? what authorization?
And then if in the old fashioned workgroup, then Microsoft created problems, look, for example, what type of network is set for a network connection, it should be 'enterprise network'

Try checking the availability of the Samba daemon through the web interface.

Samba starts, workgroup matches, FTP works, everything is ok with other settings? Not accessible from any device on the network?
