We assembled a new PC, BSoD crashes under some loads. What to do, where to go, how to check?

To be honest, I'm a teapot, but I'm learning and developing, I don't understand a lot of things, so I need help. I would like to know what I'm dealing with and what to do next. Is it possible to handle it on my own or carry everything back under warranty. I have already seen similar questions, read it if possible, but I would like to see the analysis and specifically for my assembly.
Literally in September 2021. bought a new pc. We chose all the details ourselves, assembled them ourselves, everything should be perfect in terms of compatibility. Collected enough budget option for work and games.
Here is the PC itself:
Motherboard Gigabyte A320M-H-CF
Processor AMD Ryzen 3 1200 3.10 GHz
Video card MSI (GP NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
RAM AMD Radeon R7 Performance Series 2x8GB
Hard drives two 1T each
One new, the second taken from an old computer (the system is on a new one)
1 (New) WD Caviar Blue WD10EZEX 1TB
2 (old) Seagate ST1000DM003 1TB (this hard drive is over 10 years old, but it works properly)
Windows OS 10 Pro 21H1 build version 19043.1165 (not a license)

Actually, from the very beginning there were problems, maybe it was a Windows assembly jamb, but I don’t know that. Windows was installed 5 times after we pulled out 1 RAM stick and moved it to another slot. I did not want to install with two. Installed, ok, inserted both dies, everything works fine.

After installing the main drivers and programs, everything seemed to be not bad (I confess, I installed it through the Driver Pack Solution, then demolished something and reinstalled it, but on the whole it was tolerable).
For 2 months of computer work, I played only Genshin Impact, The Whitcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077, on ultra, high and low settings, respectively.
Periodically, at indefinite intervals, BSoD crashes, each time the name of the error is new, there are no links to the file that can cause the error either. It crashes not that often, but some system can be traced.
Sometimes without crashes for a week, sometimes 3-5 times a day (sometimes it was possible without this and the game simply collapsed, but more often, if it collapsed, then all together).
In the end, I began to play with the task manager running, before the crash, the CPU and the hard drive (the main one, on which the games actually are) were loaded at 100%, after that there was a crash with a terrible sound (at the same time, the RAM and the vidyuha strained by a maximum of 20-30% ).
After reading a lot of articles, I came across recommendations to conduct tests with the OCCT and Aida64 programs. Aida64 failed to load the system enough, but OCCT had a BSoD at the 20th minute of the test, so no report was saved.
The following errors were thrown:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (first error with a link to the amdppm.sys file)
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
There were others, but these are the ones that I managed to capture and remember.
Moreover, it did not depend on the graphics settings of the games as a whole, since the settings were tried and underestimated.
I read the reasons for each error, but since there is nothing to cling to, the front of the search is very huge and, in general, the same thing is written everywhere.

Judging by the errors - it is very likely that the memory.
Try to pull out the dice, clean them, and slots.
Then run Memtest - it should show which bar the problem is, if it persists.

Try to install another RAM (all), Check the thermal paste on the processor, there is also an option to reinstall Windows and try to play / work without the second old HDD.

A 10 year old default disk can't be 100% good. Try to turn it off for a while and look
very similar to a glitch with the RAM. For the future - do not take AMD RAM. take a kingston, a critical ...
Try to put a RAM or 1.3 or 2.4 slots, drive, see. maybe there is a problem with the slot
Remove the drivers for amd, install them from the off site of the motherboard

You need to try to increase the voltage on the memory a little. If it was 1.35V put 1.36V. Even such a small change can solve a problem. But, once the HDD load drops, there is a possibility that the disk fails.

Check the passport parameters of the RAM with what the motherboard actually set.
Very often, by default, auto overclocking is enabled on the motherboard and the memory frequency is slightly higher than normal. In combination with two dies, there may be problems. As an option, set the RAM parameters not to auto, but manually.

this is an operative. the cheapest and most expensive. it would be better if they chose something else .. in which slots did they insert it?

Good afternoon, I have a question why everyone is trying to put the cheapest NoName AMD Radeon R7 Performance Series memory, you are attracted by the inscription AMD Radeon, so this fake has nothing to do with AMD

Since the author said that there was a glitch - instead of textures in games there were some kind of interference - now I can say with confidence that the memory.
