NAP and Payoneer/PayPal. How to be?

Hello.
There is an open sole proprietorship, no employees.
A transition to the NAP is planned.
Working with foreign individuals. Sometimes their (USA, Europe) banks reject payments to a bank account in a Russian bank.
Is it legal to use Payoneer and PayPal payment systems? Are there alternatives?
Do I need to register the account data with the tax office? Are they subject to currency control?

I will answer in part:
Payoneer does not imply an account, this one is like a piggy bank with a magazine, which is which, and therefore it is not necessary to report.
All money coming from abroad falls under currency control. There should be no problems in working through it, but the money from there, as before, must be confirmed by banks with invoices and contracts
