This could be because you hit a bug. It is also possible that this binary
or one of the libraries it was linked against is corrupt, improperly built,
or misconfigured. This error can also be caused by malfunctioning hardware.
Attempting to collect some information that could help diagnose the problem.
As this is a crash and something is definitely wrong, the information
collection process might fail.

It is possible that mysqld could use up to
key_buffer_size + (read_buffer_size + sort_buffer_size)*max_threads = 894620K bytes of memory
Hope that's ok; if not, decrease some variables in the equation.

Job for mysqld.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status mysqld.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

How to solve the problem, where to dig??

@SignFinder

Broken tables or unclosed InnoDB transaction logs.
Make backups of all directories and try to repair or simply delete databases and restore from backups.
PS The reason for publishing logs from bitrix is not clear - what did you want to achieve by this.

there may be many options
, I wrote here, but there is no time to formalize normally.
If it’s urgent, write me, so that it’s not the first time;)
let me guess, I bet that such crap happened when the disk was 100% full
