My Upwork contract has been suspended, what should I do?
There was such a situation. A contract was concluded with a client who had no reviews and was registered on the exchange not long ago, BUT the card was confirmed! The work was intensive (20 hours in 2 days), HOURLY, a decent amount came out and the client stopped responding.
I received a notification in the mail that the card is no longer CONFIRMED and the Upwork contract has been suspended.
Support cannot give a clear answer.
Interested in payment. Will I be paid at least part of the amount? I think the client will no longer appear. (The work diary is full, there are screenshots, almost everything is completely filled out everywhere)
Maybe someone came across this? I ask for advice!

If the client doesn't show up and add the card, Upwork will pay you for all the time you have a memo that was tracked before the contract suspension message. Manual time and time without memo will not be paid.
