My apk is being ignored on Google Play, keep waiting?

uploaded my game apk a couple of times in august and got rejected a couple of days later due to AliPlay SDK detection. Cut out this SDK and sent the apk again. Waited two weeks and got no response. During this time, I managed to fix a couple of bugs and make several improvements. Uploaded a new apk. I've been waiting for over a week now and no response. Should I worry and write to support or wait some more?
