What you want to get back is called "registration fee" in Google. This is the registration fee. You paid, you were registered. Service paid for and provided. Everything, nothing can be returned.
It's the same as if you rented an apartment, and a month later they said: give me back the money, I didn't live there anyway.
And the link that you were given in the support service most likely refers to the return of users' funds for subscriptions and app purchases, they simply did not understand what you want to return.
