Multiple sites on one server

Good day.

I ordered a simple VPS on hetzner, OS - Debian 6.0 (LAMP).
There is a domain in the RU zone, I recorded the following DNS for it:

ns1.first-ns.de
robotns2.second-ns.de
robotns3.second-ns.com

There /var/www/is a file in the directory index.html
As written here , created a new entry for the domain (Register new nameserver).
There is a similar question , but it's not exactly what I need.

How to host multiple websites on this server?
I need that when requesting my domains and subdomains, the request was not in /var/www/, but, say, in /srv/sitename.domain/www/or in /srv/sitename.domain/subdomain/.
The directory /srv/is empty.

Thanks to.
Special thanks to those who will throw some literature, preferably in Russian.

nginx, server_name and listen to help you.
do not listen to evil people about Apache, they wish you harm.
