Why are DNS changes not applied in Yandex Connect?

There is a domain in Yandex.Connect. Changed the A record for the subdomain. TTL costs 900, but several hours have passed and no changes are visible.
Even a type request dig @dns1.yandex.net имя_поддоменаgives the old address.
Yandex account is free.
What could be?

Yandex began to fail DNS. I've been noticing this for about a year. Even their own services, like Metrika, sometimes cannot resolve the name using their own DNS.
Change DNS hosting.

And whose NS records are registered? Yandex? Can I write a domain?
