.msi is not installed, what should I do?

Installed ableton once, everything was ok. Then deleted. Now I decided to install it again (maybe a month later), but it is no longer installed (namely an error when opening the .msi installer), so with any versions, the error is:
Checkmarks / permissions are everywhere, a month ago I installed it. Everything seems to be in order in the registry, viruses are unlikely, nothing seems to interfere with the installer.

Read the installer logs by running it manually so that the log is created where you need it
msiexec /i "myapp.msi" /l*v "myapp.log"
