Does the idea have life in terms of free music?

Good day, the idea of free music has been spinning in my head for a long time, i.e., for example, a certain Vasya played a melody, posted either the melody itself or notes on the site, then a certain Masha wrote the words to it, and Roma Pipetkin made an arrangement, and so further, at the end, Vasya chooses the version of the melody that, in his opinion, was considered the best, and Vasya's album is built on this basis. Some people tell me that it is difficult to monetize, others say that the idea is good, but difficult to implement. Here I turn to the community to come to one solution.

“Vasya chooses the version of the melody that, in his opinion, was considered the best”
Records an album, earns money and sends the rest to hell.
Yes, many people do this, for example, Kirkorov chooses a melody, sings it and takes the money.

then the social network of session workers who can write something for money to a mediocre Vasya. And so, either it will not be possible to monetize, or few people will use it.

Damn...
It seems to me that the first and most important decision will be the decision to tighten up the grammar.

The instruments and everything else you need to record costs money.

I doubt it's substantially viable.
You don't understand how musicians work. Go to music forums and ask people.

The idea is good, the implementation is simple, it is not necessary to monetize.
It will not be possible to monetize in the same volumes in which works distributed according to the classical scheme are monetized. Here other mechanisms are needed.
Here are 2 for example:
1. Donations
2. Payment to authors for the reproduction of their own works.
As for 1, I think everything is clear.
Regarding 2, someone will object that any musician can theoretically play any piece.
But I would, for example, go to the concert of the author/authors, for reasonable money, of course.
