Where can I find a developer for the team?

Hello!
The essence of the question is as follows: for 2 years now I have been trying to implement a project at the level of a social network, which can change people for the better very much. The project is very interesting, capable of gaining a huge audience!
According to preliminary polls, 8 out of 10 people would use such a service, and 4 out of 8 would invite their friends to this project (the polls were conducted on the street, without choosing the respondents, the age of the respondents was from 15 years old (approximately) to 35, 1000 people were interviewed )
Monetization thought out.
Ready design.
The terms of reference are the most complete.
2 programmers have already worked with this project, but, unfortunately, they could not implement it, because one (experienced, working one) made a very good commercial offer and he simply did not have time for our project. Another, a student, cannot carry out work in connection with his studies. Although both at the initial stage were very interested and fired up to do.
There are two of us in the team: I (the author of the idea, I am engaged in advertising, PR, SMM, management - I have experience in promotion in social networks, as well as experience in advertising and PR - if interested, I can tell you more. I also have excellent connections with journalists, respectively, this will give a good start to the project)
A colleague is a designer, experience in promotion in social networks. networks
We need a developer who has the skills to implement the idea. Previous programmers wrote in PHP.
I'm looking for advice, help in the search or the developer himself)))

Pay a salary, then the workers will immediately appear.

Classic...
I have repeatedly described this scheme:
1) We are looking for a free employee
2) The employee is sawing a prototype
3) The employee merges
4) We are looking for a new free employee
5) see item 2
This scheme always works. Stop thinking that for free someone will work on someone else's project until they lose their momentum.
If you yourself cannot implement 50% of the project, then there is only one way out - to pay money to someone who can.

As a rule, programmers want to receive money for a stage or receive a fixed salary.
If you "detail" the implementation of the entire project into stages and pay in stages, then a person will not refuse a stable income.
I wouldn't mind participating.

You take one of your big tasks, the social network you have there or the second Yandex - it doesn’t really matter.
Now, describe all the functionality that you want to see in the project. Sort this functionality in order of importance, install dependencies.
As an example, I am currently working on a website builder, the project is large... So, without the ability to register users, I will not be able to implement user accounting, without user accounting, I will not be able to implement invoicing, without invoices I will not accept payments, etc. . All this is done at the level of your idea, analysis of the subject area and requirements of external services, if any. For such planning, you do not need programming knowledge, only common sense.
So, now you have a list, usually it is called product backlog - this is what should be done in the project. Next, build work around sprints. One sprint is 30 hours, which is approximately equal to one week of normal productive work, and not "winding" the code on the "fork" ... Next, you and the developer discuss how many tasks he can pull out in these 30 hours. If the volume suits you - start working, if not - look for another. This is if we are talking about hiring the very first developer.
A person worked 30 hours, you paid him money, worked another 30 - paid, and so on until you run out of money ...
Now about the steepness of the idea, its uniqueness, etc. I have seen so many of these social networks ... I have programmed them so much ... There are always two problems:
1) At the development stage - bad architecture, a small developer did not think over the architecture, but immediately began to write code. Then I realized what I wrote, and to rewrite it is another two months of work. And here they begin to add bug fixes to the code, cover it with some kind of crutches, etc. Ultimately, we come to the conclusion that the author of the project is left with a bad code base, which is impossible to develop even without developers.
2) The author himself made a mistake when planning. Whom did you ask? Your relatives, acquaintances, friends? In order not to offend you, they can say they say "Yes, cool." And you will be inspired by this ... These are people close to you, they do not want to pour dirt on you once again, say unpleasant things to your face, etc. There is only one way out - find an independent audience that does not care about you. Order the same poll on MDK (2k rubles is a post on their wall, I can be wrong) or any other group where your potential audience sits. This will allow you to understand much better for whom you are sawing it.
PS: I wish you success with your project

Without a salary it will be tight ...) you did not indicate what kind of developer you need, what technologies a person should own, type of work (remote\office\full-time, etc.)
Few specifics =)

Since everything is well and thought out, evaluate the costs of very good programmers, go to https://boomstarter.ru/ or even https://www.indiegogo.com/ , then cover the fundraising company as widely as possible and, if people will support... Profit!
