Why does authorization through social networks on the main page in Bitrix not work?

There are two options for authorization on the site - on the main one in the pop-up window prntscr.com/fe4l40 and on the authorization page prntscr.com/fe4ly5
On the authorization page, the login through the social network works prntscr.com/fe4mpe, but when through the main one, an empty window just appears prntscr.com/fe4mb3
What's wrong?
