MS Word courses?

I realized that there is no knowledge base in Word. I can do simple things, but something more complicated is not.
The Internet is full of courses for various secretaries and accountants who chew on the obvious for a very long time. I don't want to waste time on this. We need something in an accelerated format.
Is there something similar for IT people? Maybe someone faced the same problem and found some good courses.
