Gentlemen, what are moderately paid but effective powerful programming courses from scratch for backend and frontend with a mentor?

Basic databases, desktop applications, mobile and even websites would be nice. There is a main job as a remote tech sys-admin. support, there is some time for training, hardware resources and the Internet are in perfect order, practice with training is needed to have someone to ask about errors (responsive mentor) and not too expensive! Video courses on YouTube are not suitable as they are not structured ... What language other than Python would you recommend for a confident start? Interested in the opinion of practitioners, thanks in advance !!!

There are no such courses. There are branches for self-study. Together they create a whole. No one will teach or help. Especially everything.
In the best ideal case, it is to grow up to junior on your own, get a job and constantly develop there from year to year. Receive reviews and criticism. Break through the bottom of self-esteem, but grow and learn.
A mentor outside of work will end up being very expensive. Because an hour of work of a good programmer, who can also teach, is not cheap.

Good luck
ps best first language is the language that has more work to do. Very often it is PHP, no matter how good other languages were.
