What should I do with education after 9th grade?

I am 16 years old.
At the moment I am actively developing in the field of programming.
This year I finished the 9th grade, passed the OGE (GIA).
It is not clear what to do in a Russian university in order to spend 4 years - I don’t want to.
In some foreign country - maybe, but I need to accumulate serious savings, because my parents will not pull financially.
Since the beginning of the year, I have been hatching a plan to enter a technical school (college)
in a specialty close to the kind of activity that I want to do in the future.
(the specialty is called "Programming in computer systems" ).
I will save two years in comparison with the university and at least some
paper, but they will give it out.
After receiving the certificate, he applied to several colleges - there was a competition everywhere.
Of course, I have no illusions that college will teach me anything useful.
Was at an open house in one of them; communicated with teachers. The OOP teacher
does not know anything further than the OOP pillars , that is, there will be no talk about any principles and design patterns. The algorithmization teacher does not have the slightest idea how the hash table works. And so on . worse. In addition, there will be very little time left for freelancing and self-education.

On the other hand, you can finish high school (recently I learned about the possibility of passing grades
10-11 remotely ). I will save a lot of time, but will I have the opportunity to get an official job in some
commercial office without paperwork?
In principle, even now I earn enough to
live separately on my own. And when I become an adult, I can go to Upwork, raising my income level.
And I can register an IP.
But I want to get a job as a full-time junior in the office.
What would you do in my place?

  1. Go to college and graduate
  2. Finish 10-11 grade and try to find a job
  3. Finish grades 10-11 and go to a Russian university
  4. Finish grades 10-11 and try to enter a foreign university
  5. Finish college and go to university
  6. Finish grades 10-11, try to find a job and enter a university in absentia
  7. Finish 10-11 grade and work as a freelancer

There is such a thing... called the Army. If after the 11th grade you do not go to a university, then you will go to the Army.
Then decide for yourself.

Damn, if you know all this, then you can easily enter the budget in almost any good technical university. If the whole problem is “I don’t want to join the army”, then enter the university easier on the budget: there you won’t be forced to attend all classes, there will be time to do whatever you want ...
P.S. Yes, more like "look how cool I am at 16" rather than a normal question. At the age of sixteen I suffered from garbage, but still I settled down quietly on the budget. And I didn’t go to couples, but I graduated with honors. In Siberia, of course. There was plenty of time for self-education.

You underestimate Russian universities in vain. If it works out, try to enter the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology / Moscow State University / Higher School of Economics, it’s hard to enter there, it’s even harder to study, but at the end you will get a very high-quality comprehensive education.
