MS Windows, restore point, disk cleanup?

Good afternoon! I install Visual Studio (Community, 2015) and wait for the restore point to be created.
Question: Should Disk Cleanup (cleanmgr.exe) be started when creating a restore point?

Most likely, Disk Cleanup starts due to the end of free disk space. Apparently you need to clean the disk before installing such a large distribution ....
