Is it possible to translate a "classic" Qt application into metro style?

There is an application written in C++ in Qt. We want to remake it for windows store in metro style. Is this possible, and if so, how to implement it?

Well, the second option is to take all the logic code and change the ui yourself. as if without rewriting, it seems to me that it will hardly succeed
