I used Synergy for a long time, but the inability to switch layouts in the connected machine is annoying. To solve this problem, I found an alternative "Mouse without borders". And lo and behold, there are no problems with switching layouts. But there was another problem :)
Maybe someone knows how to make the possibility of switching two cars vertically in this program? That is, you move the mouse down and get on the second car, and on the second car up and get on the first car. And then there is only horizontally (((

Who cares, I found another alternative called ShareMouse. You can adjust the mouse transition in any direction, file transfer works and there is no problem with switching layouts. In general, both Mouse without border and Synergy nervously smoke on the sidelines

I've tried every software KVM found on the internet - almost all of them are bullshit. Yes, that's right, with a capital letter, with the exception of InputDirector - the best soft KVM. I have been using it for a long time, there are a lot of options and settings, it supports displays with different resolutions - who would have thought that such monitors exist, otherwise some soft-KVM do not know this and are buggy on monitors with different resolutions. There is also support for any arrangement of monitors, hotkeys, even dead zones (!) in the corners and a lot more. So that!
