How to add ads to windows store app?

Can you please explain how to add ads to your Windows store application? There is no Russia in the list of countries in Microsoft pubCenter.

1. Microsoft Advertising , unfortunately, does not work for Russia yet.
2. Adduplex'om can be used, as advised above. The service is excellent. But here it should be remembered that this service is aimed at advertising applications in applications, and not some goods.
3. There is also an interesting portal services.windowsstore.com/, where some 3rd party addins for Win8\WP applications are collected.
4. If there is some kind of engine that you already use, then you can try to embed it (you need to look at the provided API\SDK) and get certified.
