Faced a problem. Skype was registered for mom, now all registration is through account.live.com! The old one could not be found. After registration, they normally logged in to skype. A couple of days later, skype did not let me in, saying that the mail was not confirmed, plus a link to send an email for confirmation. After the letter arrived, they magically clicked the wrong one by mistake. Or rather, people were waiting on Skype and they had to go in quickly, so they did everything at speed:

It turns out that this is a blue button and it had to be pressed, but they clicked on the "click here" link out of habit. Then they said that the mail address was unlinked from the account or something like that.
After that, authorization disappeared both in Skype and in account.live.com:

Mom can hardly cope with one mail, I would not want to register another for the sake of Skype, I would like to link Skype to her mail. How can I do that? Those. it is necessary to restore access to the mail that was untied! Does anyone have experience with this? Or any contacts where we could help.
