What practical C# video tutorials do you recommend?

Looking for practical C# video tutorials.
I was able to find the question - Where can I find up-to-date good video tutorials on C #? , but video tutorials on links from answers of a more "general" focus.
I would like to find more practical materials.
Ideally, after going through the video tutorials, I should have an application implemented that I will write while watching the course.
Russian is preferred, but English is also good.
Preferably, but not required, free.
The main purpose of watching these video tutorials is to retrain in C# trainee from your current job as an administrator.
Write if the books for my case are much better (preferably with argumentation).
