Mouse cursor twitching?

The desktop has 2 USB ports. When I connect one mouse, it behaves normally, but as soon as I connect the keyboard, the mouse cursor starts to twitch. What could be the problem?

What could be the problem?

This mouse is not friendly with this keyboard. Replace one of them.
Or both at once on the wireless set Mouse + Keyboard - it will definitely not twitch.

I forgot to say that everything works in the usb sockets on the front panel.
