How to restore the mouse?

Bought a mouse today, worked great! After installing the drivers it stopped working. bloody mouse v2. The peculiarities are that when the USB is connected, the computer sees it and says everything works fine ... And a very weak laser burns ... What to do in such a situation?!!!
