Good afternoon. The bottom line is this: are there alternative telephony providers in Moscow (not sip?) . I would like to use the already existing telephone noodles. Connecting a sip gateway to the current layout is problematic - the accessible part of the telephone line included in the apartment is located on the stairwell. I'm afraid to put equipment there. Thanks in advance.

Do you think that someone will pull the noodles directly to your house, stretch them along the risers and lead them into the apartment?
In 2005, people also told me that their friends had optics in their apartment - the same thing.

Why a gateway? There are wireless SIP phones . Base next to the router, charger and handset - anywhere. Direct number in code 495 or 499.
