Asterisk

Is it possible to make it so that in Asterisk, if the client did not answer the opera and when he calls back, would he get to the operator who called this client?

Good afternoon!
Itself quite recently only began to delve into telephony.
The point is in the title. It happens that a client misses a call, and when dialing again, he has to listen to the greeting and select a department or wait for the secretary to answer.
I would like that if the client misses the call and decides to call back, it would automatically be transferred to the operator who called him, without a greeting (ideally, to another, shorter one). If another operator calls him and gets through, then the transfer is canceled, but if you do not get through, then, accordingly, transfer to another operator, etc.
Where to dig in the settings, tell me, please, or a request for Google.
Thank you!

Can.
After completing an outgoing call, check its status. If the subscriber did not answer, then add an entry to the Asterisk database with the operator number for the subscriber. If the subscriber answered, then delete the corresponding entry.
When you receive an incoming call, check for the presence of an entry in the Asterisk database, if it exists, transfer it to the desired operator.
