Which CRM with telephony to choose?
Tell me which CRM system to choose for the following tasks:
- IP telephony
- call forwarding to an active manager (2 through 2 work)
- call forwarding from company mobile phones to CRM
- call recording
- statistics management
Bitrix24 is suitable for these parameters, but they have a problem with call forwarding from the company's mobile phones. Calls from MTS and Beeline for some reason do not go through. In general, I like Bitrix, but I don’t want to lose calls. What other solutions could there be?

What makes you think that CRM should perform the function of setting up telephony ???
CRM systems are not designed for this at all! All forwarding settings, without exception, are made exclusively on the side of the PBX (IP-PBX or cloud).
