What are the free or cheap non-Russian Lead Management services?

The task is to collect applications, keep a history of communication on these applications and be able to sort them by the time of the last activity. Now we use the free version of Zoho CRM, but there is no such sorting and it is not clear how to search for clients who have not been contacted for a long time.
By cheap, I mean a maximum of $50 a month.
Non-Russianness is a requirement of our American colleagues. Preferably something American, but Indian (like our Zoho), etc. will come down too. :)
Well, ideally, I would like to be able to convert Leads to Accounts and display a sales funnel, but it seems to me that such a system will no longer be cheap, let alone free :)
