Monitors ripple, what to do with static?

There is an office, made according to the principle of hell for technology, laminate on the carpet, a lot of iron pseudo open space, sockets without grounding. The monitors began to ripple (2a of the same and 2 more different ones), I tried to change the monitors, the wires too, the hertz was installed correctly. 3 out of 4 computers are on stands. Is it static? Where to dig? How to fight?

This is not static, but high-frequency interference.

What are the wires to the monitors? If VGA, then replace with full-fledged DVI / hdmi / dp
