Monitoring vlan status by specific MAC in Nagios?

Hello, I have a client vlan by MAC address on monitoring in Nagios. The problem is that the client is enabled by the last mile of our partners, and in addition to the client MAC address, partner equipment poppies come. Therefore, when the client disappears, the link is still in the OK status due to partner poppies. I catch poppies from D'link DGS-3120-24SC. Is it possible to monitor vlan by specific MAC in Nagios?
