How to solve the problem with Raid 5 zfs?

Given: Freenas 11 and RAID 5. One disk failed - the spindle does not spin and the axis does not start with it. I took the failed disk offline and replaced it with a new one. Enabled and pressed replace. Resilvering process started
In logs /var/log/messages

Sata cable changed, did not help.

In the web face, the disk is displayed as unavaliable; resilvering started automatically.
zpool clear did not give anything, when trying to unmount the screw writes device is busy
