How to make a forwarded port address open on pfSense in LAN?

I have a subnet 10.0.22.0/24
forwarded this address 10.0.22.3 to the world,
everything is cool and plows, but this external address does not open on the LAN 10.0.22.0/24 (no domain, by IP)
How is this solved?

If I understand correctly, you forwarded the port from 10.0.22.3 to the outside, and now you want to access it from the inside? This will not work by default, and in general it is wrong, from the inside, local resources should be available at local addresses.
If you still want something weird, google "hairpin NAT".
