Monitor model from which your eyes do not get tired and you can work for a long time?
Actually a subject.
Tried Dell UltraSharp series U - IPS matrix. After 2 hours, my eyes burned out and my head hurt.
AOC - a little better, but there were big highlights on black.
As a result, I took VS TN 144 hertz - I can work more or less, but I want better.
All monitors are 24 FULL HD.
Budget 20-30 down.

* Make the monitor darker
* Make the ambient light evener so that the monitor does not stand out too much
* You can look for non-flickering light bulbs (with a high frequency, or a quality diode)
Lights are garbage. The main problem is poor contrast and increased brightness.
