Monitor management software?
There is a main monitor and an additional one connected to the same source. The task arose of how to display an image on the second monitor, dragging is not suitable, the computer may turn off and you will have to drag it again. We need a program that will display what is on the 1st monitor and on the 2nd monitor, and if necessary, it would be possible to transfer the desired program to the second monitor and "freeze" the image. Are there such programs for free? The only option that I have found so far is to create my own program that will control monitors.

Win 10 is able to remember the position and monitor on which the application is launched out of the box.
As far as I remember, you need to resize the window so that it is not full screen, drag and place where you want the application and close it. The next time you run it, it should be in the same position on the same monitor where it was.
