How sad is a TN monitor for drawing?

I draw in illustrator, I want to sell works on stocks. How much sadder will be the result on a TN monitor??? There are a lot of articles on Google about photo processing, but there the work with colors is more subtle ...
I also wonder if it makes sense to buy a cheap ips monitor ??

In my case, the difference is clear. Of course IP is better. But the quality of your graphics will not suffer, because the color proportions will be respected. Each person has different monitors. In any case, your graphics will be seen differently. It doesn't bother me to draw a bad monitor, it just annoys me. And on my good, I just enjoy it.
The issue becomes critical if you are PRINTING your graphics. That's when you need a professional monitor and the more expensive the better. Printing does not tolerate mistakes. They calibrate the colors as clearly and rigidly as possible ...

It makes sense to take an inexpensive IPS monitor, if only because it is more comfortable to work on it. However, keep in mind that on other devices your work will look different, and perhaps you should also have TN for "shield control".
