Moneybookers: address verification - no email. What to do?

Preamble:
The MB account is planned to be used for receiving payments "from there" and transfers to the card "here". The account is set up, the card is ready, it remains to pick it up at the bank. Sent a request to verify the address. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days. Today is the 8th working day, there is nothing in the box. I understand that mail may not work perfectly, but I'm already considering options and possible consequences.

Plot:
1. Are there any problems when using MB without address verification? Account suspension or something else? About increasing the limit during verification - in the know.
2. Has anyone encountered situations when letters from MB are lost? Is it possible to ask to send the letter again or verify the address in some other way? Is it possible to send a letter not to the postal address at the place of registration / registration, but to the post office, on demand, for example?
3. Did the recipients of letters from MB indicate the address in the British/American format (20 Sovetskaya str., Minsk, Belarus) or in ours (Belarus, Minsk, Sovetskaya str. building #20)?

They (Moneybookers) are totally terrible. The letter of confirmation by mail did not come to Russia, but figs with him (they sent me a card by mail?!?), the very first transaction and the help of completely "Indian" support service operators helped me solve the problem with unlocking the account within ... Just something half a year. Only when I sent them an angry and hysterical letter, and the person who transferred me either 100 or 300 dollars contacted the company by phone and e-mail, I was unblocked. Perhaps I do not need to say that I no longer use their services?

Are you waiting for a letter from MV to Belarus and do you really believe that it will arrive in 2-5 days? In 2-5 days it will come to their country (USA or whatever). I registered in Russia, the letter came without problems, in a few weeks. Just wait. Of course, you don’t have Russian Post, but I also think that a letter does not arrive from the USA in 2 days.
There is no difference how and in what format you indicated the address (it is for your Belarusian postmen to sort it out).
You verify your address, this is what the letter is for, so it should come to YOUR ADDRESS, and not to the post office.

Users with a verified address simply have more trust.

I am from Ukraine, it took me 2 or 3 weeks to get a letter from the MV, although it was also written that 2-5 days. :) IMHO, it's too early to sound the alarm.
If I'm not mistaken, the verification letter can be resent. It's just that the code will need to be indicated from the last letter, if the first one suddenly reaches. What is the last, you will understand by the date on the stamp.

Except postmen, no one reads the address. Therefore, it is better to write Belarus, Minsk, ul. Sovetskaya 20, kv. 20, for example.

I would wait another week or two. By the way, verification of the address by mail itself does not give a lot of limit, if you are planning large amounts, be prepared that the account will still be blocked and asked to confirm the address and so on again, already with a scan of the passport, some account with your address, etc. (I sent them an extract from the housing office). I personally usually write the address in the “British” format, but in transliteration, with the exception of the name of the country, that is, as you were advised “ul. Sovetskaya, d. 20, kv. thirty".

For payments "from there" you can try Payoneer.
Addresses should be indicated only in transliteration - not every postman will understand that “str.” it's a street, not a building. A package arrived for a publishing house - they decided at the post office that it was a brothel ...

Thanks for answers. Calm down, I'm waiting. Payoneer will be considered when MB limits are not enough. So far, the easiest way (including with the terms of the law) is MB.
