How to work as a team of freelancers on Western exchanges?

Good afternoon!

For several months we have been working as a team of four people, each before that was an independent freelancer - everyone brought up their clients + we pull up projects from the freelancer. We break it into pieces and saw it - it seems to work out well. But the moment came when they realized that they began to sag in money, they came to the conclusion that it was necessary to switch to western freelance exchanges. And then the dilemma, which is better (there are many options, upwork or freelancer is very popular - what can you say about them)? What is the best way to register, as a freelancer or as a team? Who worked on these exchanges, tell me if there is any point in moving there - will the profit grow?

Register on Upwork: choose one of the people (who sells the best), make a good profile, verify.
Then start selling services at a fixed price from this profile, honestly stating that you work as a team (this is a plus in its own way).
It is possible with an hourly work, but the team has a little more difficulties there (unlike a solo freelancer).
Strategically, something like this. It all sounds very simple, in reality you have to work, but ... on the other hand, there are four of you.
Then you can already make profiles for the rest and / or agency, but the steps above should be enough to test the hypothesis.

it’s not very clear why they started to sag in money?
on the contrary, when the team grows in the bubble even in the old market.
everyone registers as a freelancer
agency opens from a freelancer
of options in general three kopecks, an idiotic question which one is better, do like all smart people sit on everyone at once
from what profit should grow and why does it sink in you?
if you have enough skill to offer your work for a hundred bucks an hour, it will probably grow
if you work badly, then it will probably sag
