Module: Authentication via LDAP?

Please help.
Installed OpenERp on Ubuntu Server. Everything seems to have started.
1. But in the settings I do not find integration with AD. I do not see this module in installed modules or in applications. I tried to replace the module with the one downloaded from the site.
2. How can two companies be managed? Both companies are actually one, and they need to be separated, but I want to see everything.
3. Tell me where to find intelligible instructions in Russian for the initial setup and work with modules, especially with the "Projects" module
