GTD program for Windows (if cross-platform - better)

Recommend a program for GTD under Windows. It is desirable, of course, cross-platform, and not just under Windows. Again, an interface as minimalistic as Things for Mac OS X is highly desirable. Please do not offer ThinkingRock. Too massive interface :(

I've used ToDoList before , although it's not as minimalistic as Things.
