What software do you use to write test cases, test plans, checklists and other documentation?

Hello.
What software do you use to write test cases, test plans, checklists and other documentation?
What is the usual way to write them?
Word, google docs, excel, anything else?
They didn’t ban me on Google, but I didn’t find a clear answer to the question there.

All dependencies on needs and opportunities :) Different tools are apparently invisible, the Internet is full of examples.
Of the paid independent tools for tests , Test Rail is good , of the free ones - the most popular test link , for checklists there is TestPad and Russian sitechсo
If you have JIRA and want to run tests inside it, there are a bunch of plugins, for example XRay ,
Kanoah tests , for Structure checklists. Testy
There are a bunch of different wikis for documentation, like twiki or Confluence, again, everything is individual :) if you choose a product - tell us what you want to do with it, maybe there are some features of the process or team, technology stack, it will be easier to advise something
