Mobile and web versions of the application: if the user is in both at the same time?

Here's a question that came to mind. Suppose the user enters the game through a browser on a computer, then through a smartphone. I’m thinking of showing him a dialogue that you have already logged in through another device, excuse me, log out there, then log in here again, or is it better? I use the gmail account of an android smartphone in the mobile version, in the browser version there is also a gmail account.

If possible, do a state synchronization. That is, you do actions on your computer - it is reflected on a mobile device, etc.

Use it to your advantage. The user sits simultaneously on the computer and on the phone? Hide the inventory on the computer and display it on the phone, for example. Or let him use the phone's accelerometer. Or something else. Get creative.

Well, it’s better not to ask to restart, you can reset the old session yourself. Accordingly, you need to store the session ID when logging in. Only kill the old session after the warning window so that the user knows what happened.
