How to make/configure a universal email?

Recently I saw how a friend, when registering, enters arbitrary characters @ his domain.ru and a letter arrives to him using the g suite service, no matter what the address is. I wanted the same for myself, I paid for the service, everything is there. How to set up a suite in this way?

In the admin panel, select Applications --> G Suite --> GMail --> Advanced settings and in the "General address" field, specify which mailbox will catch letters to non-existent addresses. If you want to collect mail to existing addresses, then instead of "advanced settings" you need to click on the "Routing" item and create a rule there.
