Why do stopped applications on Android turn on on their own?
I noticed that some applications still work even if they are forcibly Stopped. For example, it makes no sense to stop Google services at all, and the same WhatsApp starts when the network is turned on. I understand that such applications have some kind of daemon that hangs in anticipation of some event and launches the application. How would you prevent them from turning on without permission?
