Are development for iOS and Android compatible in one person?

I found a vacancy for 80-120 thousand, requiring development for iOS and Android at the same time. I just started learning android programming. Is such a requirement for an application developer adequate? As far as I understand, programming for these different systems is completely different areas of knowledge, and being able to make applications for both systems, such payment looks inadequate.
PS In short, guys. Here is the vacancy ufa.hh.ru/vacancy/13446758 Adequate offer? Or such payment should be even if you program only for android?

Yes, now there are tools for cross-platform development. xamarin, visualstudio. The code component is the same, but the interface is different

You are wrong about different areas. For example, the task is to write an application that solves differential equations. The differences between these two platforms will be only in the interface part, and the whole logic will be the same. If these are games, then there are even fewer differences. But if it is necessary, for example, to make up interfaces, then the requirement is a bit strange - because there are many differences.
Total - you need to look at the requirements for the applicant.

I personally know several native android and ios developers rolled into one. A very useful skill for developing simple applications - two platforms at once in one go.

Some combine not only iOS + Android, but in addition to them also Win Phone, etc. (sometimes forced) Therefore, there is nothing to worry about.
