Shared mailbox and multiple Gmail users?

There is a corporate account from G suite (Gmail corporate mail),
it has a main mailbox [email protected]
and several managers: [email protected] and [email protected]
It is necessary that all letters that will be sent to [email protected] be visible from the accounts of managers [email protected] and [email protected], when they reply from their mailboxes, the response was from the address [email protected] com signed by Ira or Katya.
How to implement this with Gmail?
Did according to the instructions https://support.google.com/a/answer/167430
but the answer comes from the addresses of personal boxes.

Hello.
Such functionality is easy to implement using the Group. In the Administrator Console, create the [email protected] Group
and add managers to it: [email protected] and [email protected]
Mail sent to the address of the Group will be simultaneously delivered to its members. Each participant will be able to answer both on their own behalf and on behalf of the Group - https://support.google.com/mail/answer/22370?hl=ru
Thank you.

only install an email client with OAuth. in it and viewing via IMAP, and sending messages via SMTP to do from the main account. and you can additionally make IMAP access to at least all manager mailboxes in it. but in this case, why do managers need personal accounts at all? maybe it's easier to limit them to pseudonyms on the main account? And yes, it will come out cheaper.
